Al-Muddaththir

Ayah: 1

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلۡمُدَّثِّرُ
Ewe Owifumbesiye mutsingubo.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

قُمۡ فَأَنذِرۡ
Bukha mana wikanyilisie!
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 3

وَرَبَّكَ فَكَبِّرۡ
Ne witsoomie Nyasaye wuwo Omulesi.

Ayah: 4

وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّرۡ
Ne olafie tsingubo tsitsio.

Ayah: 5

وَٱلرُّجۡزَ فَٱهۡجُرۡ
Ne owuuye keshifwolo.

Ayah: 6

وَلَا تَمۡنُن تَسۡتَكۡثِرُ
Ne olarusia nosuubile okhwenya eshinji tawe.

وَلِرَبِّكَ فَٱصۡبِرۡ
Ne wisumilisie khulwa Nyasaye wuwo Omulesi.

Ayah: 8

فَإِذَا نُقِرَ فِي ٱلنَّاقُورِ
Mana olwa olwika lulifurwamwo.

Ayah: 9

فَذَٰلِكَ يَوۡمَئِذٖ يَوۡمٌ عَسِيرٌ
Kho inyanga eyo iliba inyanga indinyu muno.

عَلَى ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ غَيۡرُ يَسِيرٖ
Khubakhayi shiiliba inyangu tawe.

Ayah: 11

ذَرۡنِي وَمَنۡ خَلَقۡتُ وَحِيدٗا
Ndekha nende wandaloonga sienyene.

وَجَعَلۡتُ لَهُۥ مَالٗا مَّمۡدُودٗا
Mana nemuhelesia emiandu eminji.

وَبَنِينَ شُهُودٗا
Nende abaana balolekha.

Ayah: 14

وَمَهَّدتُّ لَهُۥ تَمۡهِيدٗا
Ne nemukasilia amakhuwa obulayi muno.

ثُمَّ يَطۡمَعُ أَنۡ أَزِيدَ
Mana khandi yekombanga mbu emumeete.

كَلَّآۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ لِأٓيَٰتِنَا عَنِيدٗا
Shikali kario tawe! Toto ye yakholelanga eshileka muno amakhuwa kefu (Ikurani).

سَأُرۡهِقُهُۥ صَعُودًا
Nditsa okhumuha eshinyasio shialanyala okhwisumilisia tawe.

Ayah: 18

إِنَّهُۥ فَكَّرَ وَقَدَّرَ
Toto ye yapara mana napanga shinga atuta.

Ayah: 19

فَقُتِلَ كَيۡفَ قَدَّرَ
Mana nasishibwa okhurulana shingala yapanga okhututa.

Ayah: 20

ثُمَّ قُتِلَ كَيۡفَ قَدَّرَ
Khandi mana nasishibwa okhurulana shingala yapanga okhututa.

ثُمَّ نَظَرَ
Mana naheenga.

Ayah: 22

ثُمَّ عَبَسَ وَبَسَرَ
Mana nakhunia obweni, nasinyikha.

Ayah: 23

ثُمَّ أَدۡبَرَ وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرَ
Mana niyechesia obwatoto omukongo, mana nakhola obufuru.

فَقَالَ إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا سِحۡرٞ يُؤۡثَرُ
Naboola mbu: “Bino shine shindu tawe halali obulosi bwainibwa khubandu bandi.

Ayah: 25

إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا قَوۡلُ ٱلۡبَشَرِ
Kano shini shiosishiosi tawe halali namakhuwa kabandu sa.”

سَأُصۡلِيهِ سَقَرَ
Ndakhamwinjisie mumulilo omululu kwa Saqar.

Ayah: 27

وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا سَقَرُ
Ne ni shina shilikhumanyia omulilo kwa Saqar oko?

Ayah: 28

لَا تُبۡقِي وَلَا تَذَرُ
Shikutonyinjia inyama, ne shikulekhanga tawe.

لَوَّاحَةٞ لِّلۡبَشَرِ
Kumamulanga liselo liomubili.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 30

عَلَيۡهَا تِسۡعَةَ عَشَرَ
Kulikhwo nende (Abamalaika) ekhumi nende tisa.

Ayah: 31

وَمَا جَعَلۡنَآ أَصۡحَٰبَ ٱلنَّارِ إِلَّا مَلَٰٓئِكَةٗۖ وَمَا جَعَلۡنَا عِدَّتَهُمۡ إِلَّا فِتۡنَةٗ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لِيَسۡتَيۡقِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَيَزۡدَادَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِيمَٰنٗا وَلَا يَرۡتَابَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ وَلِيَقُولَ ٱلَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٞ وَٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ مَاذَآ أَرَادَ ٱللَّهُ بِهَٰذَا مَثَلٗاۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَهۡدِي مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَمَا يَعۡلَمُ جُنُودَ رَبِّكَ إِلَّا هُوَۚ وَمَا هِيَ إِلَّا ذِكۡرَىٰ لِلۡبَشَرِ
Ne shikhwakhola abalindi bomulilo halali ni Abamalaika, ne shikhwakhola isaabu yabu eyo halali okhubeyiabeyia Abakhayi, kho babe nobulaamba balia bahebwa Eshitabu, ne Abasuubila bamete obusuubili. Ne balaba nokhukanakana balia bahebwa Eshitabu nende Abasuubila tawe. Ne khobaboole balia bali nobulwale mumioyo chiabu nende Abakhayi mbu: “Nyasaye yenyanga shina, okhurulana nende okhuchelasia khuno?” Endio nilwa Nyasaye akosinjia owayenyele, nalunjisia owayenya. Ne awumao umanyile omukanda kweliyie kwa Nyasaye wuwo Omulesi halali Ye omwene. Ne kano shini shiosishiosi tawe halali ni ameetsulisio khubandu.

كَلَّا وَٱلۡقَمَرِ
Tawe, nditsuba khumwesi.

Ayah: 33

وَٱلَّيۡلِ إِذۡ أَدۡبَرَ
Nende khushilo nishiwa.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 34

وَٱلصُّبۡحِ إِذَآ أَسۡفَرَ
Nende khumabwibwi olwa bushietsanga.

Ayah: 35

إِنَّهَا لَإِحۡدَى ٱلۡكُبَرِ
Toto omulilo oko nimulala khumakhuwa amakhongo muno.

Ayah: 36

نَذِيرٗا لِّلۡبَشَرِ
Nende amekanyilisio khubandu.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 37

لِمَن شَآءَ مِنكُمۡ أَن يَتَقَدَّمَ أَوۡ يَتَأَخَّرَ
Kho ulia wenya mwinywe, aranjilile nohomba amalilishe.

Ayah: 38

كُلُّ نَفۡسِۭ بِمَا كَسَبَتۡ رَهِينَةٌ
Buli omundu alitiilwa khulwa amakhuwa kayakhola.

Ayah: 39

إِلَّآ أَصۡحَٰبَ ٱلۡيَمِينِ
Halali Abandu bomukhono omusatsa.

Ayah: 40

فِي جَنَّٰتٖ يَتَسَآءَلُونَ
Baliba mumikunda chiomwikulu nibarebananga.

Ayah: 41

عَنِ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ
Amakhuwa ka Abandu betsimbii.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 42

مَا سَلَكَكُمۡ فِي سَقَرَ
“Ni shina shiachila nimwinjila mumulilo kwa Saqar?”
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 43

قَالُواْ لَمۡ نَكُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُصَلِّينَ
Baliboola mbu: “Efwe shikhwali mubaswaliyanga tawe.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 44

وَلَمۡ نَكُ نُطۡعِمُ ٱلۡمِسۡكِينَ
Ne shikhwalisinjia abamanani tawe.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 45

وَكُنَّا نَخُوضُ مَعَ ٱلۡخَآئِضِينَ
Ne khwali nikhweibila halala nende balia beyibila mutsimbi.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 46

وَكُنَّا نُكَذِّبُ بِيَوۡمِ ٱلدِّينِ
Ne khwali khwakatsulanga inyanga yomurungo.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 47

حَتَّىٰٓ أَتَىٰنَا ٱلۡيَقِينُ
Okhula shinga liikhuwa liatoto (lifwa) liakhuulila.”

Ayah: 48

فَمَا تَنفَعُهُمۡ شَفَٰعَةُ ٱلشَّٰفِعِينَ
Kho okhusabila khwomusabi shikhulibakhoonya shiosishiosi tawe.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 49

فَمَا لَهُمۡ عَنِ ٱلتَّذۡكِرَةِ مُعۡرِضِينَ
Mana bali barieena abahelesinjia omukongo ameetsulisio kano?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 50

كَأَنَّهُمۡ حُمُرٞ مُّسۡتَنفِرَةٞ
Opara mbu bo nitsisishili tsisundusibwe.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 51

فَرَّتۡ مِن قَسۡوَرَةِۭ
Tsilukhanga italanyi.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 52

بَلۡ يُرِيدُ كُلُّ ٱمۡرِيٕٖ مِّنۡهُمۡ أَن يُؤۡتَىٰ صُحُفٗا مُّنَشَّرَةٗ
Mbu buli omundu mubo yenyanga ahebwe eshitabu shishie okhurula mwikulu.

Ayah: 53

كَلَّاۖ بَل لَّا يَخَافُونَ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةَ
Shikali kario tawe! Halali shibaritsanga aka Mwikulu tawe.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 54

كَلَّآ إِنَّهُۥ تَذۡكِرَةٞ
Shikali kario tawe! Toto kano ni ametsulisio.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 55

فَمَن شَآءَ ذَكَرَهُۥ
Kho, ulia wenya, yetsulile.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 56

وَمَا يَذۡكُرُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُۚ هُوَ أَهۡلُ ٱلتَّقۡوَىٰ وَأَهۡلُ ٱلۡمَغۡفِرَةِ
Ne shibakhetsulila tawe okhuula Nyasaye achame. Ye niukhoyeshele okhuribwa, khandi ni Wobulesheli muno.
