Translation of the meanings Surah: Al-A‘lā   Ayah:

Al-Ala

Ayah: 1

سَبِّحِ ٱسۡمَ رَبِّكَ ٱلۡأَعۡلَى
Tswenula elira lia Nyasaye wuwo Omulesi, Owoluyali, Owa hekulu muno.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ
Ulia owaloonga mana naleng’aasia obulai.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 3

وَٱلَّذِي قَدَّرَ فَهَدَىٰ
Ulia wabusia amakhuwa mana nalunjisia.

Ayah: 4

وَٱلَّذِيٓ أَخۡرَجَ ٱلۡمَرۡعَىٰ
Ulia wamesia olwayilo.

Ayah: 5

فَجَعَلَهُۥ غُثَآءً أَحۡوَىٰ
Mana nalukhola olumila olumali.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 6

سَنُقۡرِئُكَ فَلَا تَنسَىٰٓ
Khulakhusomesia mana sholibilila tawe.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 7

إِلَّا مَا شَآءَ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّهُۥ يَعۡلَمُ ٱلۡجَهۡرَ وَمَا يَخۡفَىٰ
Halali aka Nyasaye achama. Toto Ye amanyile akali habulafu nende kefisile.

Ayah: 8

وَنُيَسِّرُكَ لِلۡيُسۡرَىٰ
Ne khutsia okhukhwanguyilisia kabe amangu.

Ayah: 9

فَذَكِّرۡ إِن نَّفَعَتِ ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ
Kho itsulisia, nikali mbu okhwitsulisia okho khukhoonya.

Ayah: 10

سَيَذَّكَّرُ مَن يَخۡشَىٰ
Yetsa okhwitsulila ulia uria.

Ayah: 11

وَيَتَجَنَّبُهَا ٱلۡأَشۡقَى
Ne yetsa okhwira ehale nako (ametsulisio ako) omukori.

ٱلَّذِي يَصۡلَى ٱلنَّارَ ٱلۡكُبۡرَىٰ
Ulia ulinjila mumulilo omukhongo muno.

ثُمَّ لَا يَمُوتُ فِيهَا وَلَا يَحۡيَىٰ
Mana shalifwamwo nohomba shalilamukhamwo tawe.

قَدۡ أَفۡلَحَ مَن تَزَكَّىٰ
Toto yamala okhubura ulia wetswenula.

وَذَكَرَ ٱسۡمَ رَبِّهِۦ فَصَلَّىٰ
Mana niyetsulila elira lia Nyasaye wuwe Omulesi mana naswaliya.

بَلۡ تُؤۡثِرُونَ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا
Halali enywe mwayanza mana nimuranjilisia muno obulamu bwokhushialo!

Ayah: 17

وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةُ خَيۡرٞ وَأَبۡقَىٰٓ
Ne obulamu bwomwikulu nobulayi ne nibwokhutong'a muno.

إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَفِي ٱلصُّحُفِ ٱلۡأُولَىٰ
Toto kano kali mubitabo bia imbeli.

صُحُفِ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ
Ebitabu bia Ibrahim nende Musa.
