Ayah: 184

وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَكُمۡ وَٱلۡجِبِلَّةَ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
Și fiți cu frică față de Cel care v-a creat pe voi și [a creat] popoarele de mai înainte!”
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 185

قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُسَحَّرِينَ
Ei au spus: „Tu ești, neîndoielnic, dintre cei fermecați,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 186

وَمَآ أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٞ مِّثۡلُنَا وَإِن نَّظُنُّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلۡكَٰذِبِينَ
Tu nu ești decât un om ca și noi și, cu adevărat, noi te socotim pe tine dintre cei mincinoși.

Ayah: 187

فَأَسۡقِطۡ عَلَيۡنَا كِسَفٗا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
Deci fă să cadă asupra noastră bucăți de Cer, dacă tu ești dintre cei care spun adevărul!”

Ayah: 188

قَالَ رَبِّيٓ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ
El a spus: „Domnul meu știe mai bine ceea ce faceți voi!”

فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَهُمۡ عَذَابُ يَوۡمِ ٱلظُّلَّةِۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَذَابَ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٍ
Însă ei l-au socotit mincinos și i-a lovit pe ei pedeapsa zilei umbrei [un Nor întunecat]. Cu adevărat, ea a fost pedeapsa unei zile cumplite.

Ayah: 190

إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
Cu adevărat, întru aceasta este un semn, dar cei mai mulți dintre ei nu au crezut.

Ayah: 191

وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Și, cu adevărat, Domnul tău este Al-'Aziz [Cel Atotputernic] [și] Ar-Rahim [Îndurător].

وَإِنَّهُۥ لَتَنزِيلُ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
Iar el [Coranul] este o revelație de la Stăpânul lumilor.

نَزَلَ بِهِ ٱلرُّوحُ ٱلۡأَمِينُ

بِلِسَانٍ عَرَبِيّٖ مُّبِينٖ
Într-o limbă arabă limpede.

وَإِنَّهُۥ لَفِي زُبُرِ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
El a fost deja [pomenit] în scripturile înaintașilor.

أَوَلَمۡ يَكُن لَّهُمۡ ءَايَةً أَن يَعۡلَمَهُۥ عُلَمَٰٓؤُاْ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ
Oare nu a fost un semn pentru ei [faptul că] îl cunosc cei înțelepți dintre Fiii lui Israel?

وَلَوۡ نَزَّلۡنَٰهُ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضِ ٱلۡأَعۡجَمِينَ
Și chiar dacă l-am fi pogorât Noi unui nearab

فَقَرَأَهُۥ عَلَيۡهِم مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ مُؤۡمِنِينَ
Și el l-ar fi recitat [perfect][11], nu ar fi crezut în el.
[11] Drept un miracol de la Allah

Ayah: 200

كَذَٰلِكَ سَلَكۡنَٰهُ فِي قُلُوبِ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ
Astfel am lăsat Noi să intre [respingerea Coranului] în inimile nelegiuiților.

Ayah: 201

لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِهِۦ حَتَّىٰ يَرَوُاْ ٱلۡعَذَابَ ٱلۡأَلِيمَ
Ei nu vor crede în el până ce nu vor vedea chinul cel dureros.

فَيَأۡتِيَهُم بَغۡتَةٗ وَهُمۡ لَا يَشۡعُرُونَ
Și va veni asupra lor pe neașteptate, fără ca ei să-și dea seama

فَيَقُولُواْ هَلۡ نَحۡنُ مُنظَرُونَ
Și atunci ei vor spune: „Oare vom fi noi păsuiți?”

Oare grăbesc ei pedeapsa Noastră?

Oare vezi tu, chiar dacă i-am lăsa să se mai bucure de plăceri vreme de un număr de ani

ثُمَّ جَآءَهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يُوعَدُونَ
Și apoi ar veni la ei cele care le-au fost promise
