Ayah: 160

كَذَّبَتۡ قَوۡمُ لُوطٍ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
Poporul lui Lot i-a socotit mincinoși pe Trimiși,

إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُمۡ أَخُوهُمۡ لُوطٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
Când le-a spus fratele lor Lot: „Oare nu aveți frică?

إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ
Eu vă sunt un Trimis vrednic de încredere,

فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
Așadar fiți cu frică de Allah și dați-mi ascultare!

وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
Eu nu vă cer pentru aceasta răsplată, căci răsplata mea nu este decât la Stăpânul lumilor.

أَتَأۡتُونَ ٱلذُّكۡرَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
Oare mergeți voi la bărbații din toate lumile

وَتَذَرُونَ مَا خَلَقَ لَكُمۡ رَبُّكُم مِّنۡ أَزۡوَٰجِكُمۚ بَلۡ أَنتُمۡ قَوۡمٌ عَادُونَ
Și vă lăsați soțiile voastre pe care Domnul vostru le-a creat pentru voi? Voi sunteți un popor de nelegiuiți!”

Ayah: 167

قَالُواْ لَئِن لَّمۡ تَنتَهِ يَٰلُوطُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡمُخۡرَجِينَ
Ei i-au spus: „Dacă nu vei înceta, o, Lot, vei fi dintre cei alungați!”

قَالَ إِنِّي لِعَمَلِكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡقَالِينَ
Iar el a răspuns: „Cu adevărat, eu sunt dintre cei care urăsc faptele voastre.

رَبِّ نَجِّنِي وَأَهۡلِي مِمَّا يَعۡمَلُونَ
Doamne, izbăvește-mă pe mine și pe familia mea de [pedeapsa pe care le-o dai pentru] ceea ce fac ei.”

فَنَجَّيۡنَٰهُ وَأَهۡلَهُۥٓ أَجۡمَعِينَ
Și l-am izbăvit pe el împreună cu toată familia lui,

إِلَّا عَجُوزٗا فِي ٱلۡغَٰبِرِينَ
În afară de o bătrână[10] dintre cei care au rămas [în cetate],

ثُمَّ دَمَّرۡنَا ٱلۡأٓخَرِينَ
Apoi i-am nimicit pe ceilalți.

وَأَمۡطَرۡنَا عَلَيۡهِم مَّطَرٗاۖ فَسَآءَ مَطَرُ ٱلۡمُنذَرِينَ
Și am lăsat să cadă asupra lor o ploaie [cu pietre] și a fost ea o ploaie cumplită pentru cei care au fost preveniți!

Ayah: 174

إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
Cu adevărat, întru aceasta este un semn, însă cei mai mulți dintre ei nu au crezut.

وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Și, cu adevărat, Domnul tău este Al-'Aziz [Cel Atotputernic] [și] Ar-Rahim [Îndurător].

كَذَّبَ أَصۡحَٰبُ لۡـَٔيۡكَةِ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
Locuitorii din Ayka [poporul lui Madyan] i-au socotit mincinoși pe trimiși,

إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُمۡ شُعَيۡبٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
Când le-a zis lor Șuayb: „Oare nu aveți voi frică [de Allah]?

إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ
Cu adevărat, eu sunt pentru voi un Trimis vrednic de încredere.

Și cântăriți cu o balanță dreaptă
