لَا یَرْقُبُوْنَ فِیْ مُؤْمِنٍ اِلًّا وَّلَا ذِمَّةً ؕ— وَاُولٰٓىِٕكَ هُمُ الْمُعْتَدُوْنَ ۟
9-10 دوى د مومن په باره كې نه د خپلولۍ لحاظ كوي او نه د عهد، او همدغه كسان (له حد نه) تېرېدونكي دي
