یُعَذِّبُ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ وَیَرْحَمُ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ ۚ— وَاِلَیْهِ تُقْلَبُوْنَ ۟
29-21 هغه عذاب وركوي هغه چا ته چې وغواړي او رحم كوي په هغه چا چې وغواړي او خاص هغه ته به تاسو بېرته بېولى كېږئ
