Ayah: 1

اَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ ۟ۙ
ನಾವು ನಿಮಗಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ವಿಶಾಲಗೊಳಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲವೇ ?

وَوَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَ ۟ۙ
ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಭಾರವನ್ನು ಇಳಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲವೇ ?

الَّذِیْۤ اَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ ۟ۙ
ಅದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬೆನ್ನು ಮುರಿಯುತ್ತಿತ್ತು.

وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ ۟ؕ

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯೂ ಕಷ್ಟದ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲತೆಯಿದೆ.

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಿಮಗೆ ಬಿಡುವಾದಾಗಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆರಾಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ಪಡಿರಿ.
