ٱقۡتُلُواْ يُوسُفَ أَوِ ٱطۡرَحُوهُ أَرۡضٗا يَخۡلُ لَكُمۡ وَجۡهُ أَبِيكُمۡ وَتَكُونُواْ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦ قَوۡمٗا صَٰلِحِينَ
Bunuhlah Yūsuf atau buanglah dia ke suatu daerah (yang tak dikenal) supaya perhatian ayahmu tertumpah kepadamu saja dan sesudah itu hendaklah kamu menjadi orang-orang yang baik [744]".
[744]. Menjadi orang baik-baik, yaitu mereka setelah membunuh Yūsuf ‘Alaihissalām bertobat kepada Allah Subḥānahu wa Ta‘ālā serta mengerjakan amal-amal saleh.
