Yūsuf

Ayah: 1

الٓرۚ تِلۡكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ ٱلۡمُبِينِ
Alif Lām Rā [741]. Ini adalah ayat-ayat Kitab (Al-Qur`ān) yang nyata (dari Allah).

Ayah: 2

إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ قُرۡءَٰنًا عَرَبِيّٗا لَّعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ
Sesungguhnya Kami menurunkannya berupa Al-Qur`ān dengan berbahasa Arab agar kamu memahaminya.

Ayah: 3

نَحۡنُ نَقُصُّ عَلَيۡكَ أَحۡسَنَ ٱلۡقَصَصِ بِمَآ أَوۡحَيۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ وَإِن كُنتَ مِن قَبۡلِهِۦ لَمِنَ ٱلۡغَٰفِلِينَ
Kami menceritakan kepadamu kisah yang paling baik dengan mewahyukan Al-Qur`ān ini kepadamu dan sesungguhnya kamu sebelum (Kami mewahyukan)nya adalah termasuk orang-orang yang belum mengetahui.

Ayah: 4

إِذۡ قَالَ يُوسُفُ لِأَبِيهِ يَٰٓأَبَتِ إِنِّي رَأَيۡتُ أَحَدَ عَشَرَ كَوۡكَبٗا وَٱلشَّمۡسَ وَٱلۡقَمَرَ رَأَيۡتُهُمۡ لِي سَٰجِدِينَ
(Ingatlah), ketika Yūsuf berkata kepada ayahnya, "Wahai ayahku [742], sesungguhnya aku bermimpi melihat sebelas bintang, matahari dan bulan; kulihat semuanya sujud kepadaku".
[742]. Bapak Yūsuf ‘Alaihissalām ialah Ya`qūb ‘Alaihissalām putra Isḥāq ‘Alaihissalām putra Ibrāhīm ‘Alaihissalām.
