Ayah: 1

أَلَمۡ نَشۡرَحۡ لَكَ صَدۡرَكَ
Há TA đã không mở rộng lòng ngực cho Ngươi?

وَوَضَعۡنَا عَنكَ وِزۡرَكَ
Và trút bỏ khỏi Ngươi gánh nặng

ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهۡرَكَ
Đã đè nặng lên lưng của Ngươi?

وَرَفَعۡنَا لَكَ ذِكۡرَكَ
Và TA đã nâng cao danh tiếng của Ngươi?

فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرًا
Quả thật, sự dễ dàng đi đôi với sự khó khăn;

إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرٗا
Quả thật, sự dễ dàng đi đôi với sự khó khăn.

فَإِذَا فَرَغۡتَ فَٱنصَبۡ
Bởi thế, khi thư thả, Ngươi hãy đứng dậy (dâng lễ nguyện Salah).

وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرۡغَب
Và Ngươi hãy hướng về Thượng Đế của Ngươi (mà cầu nguyện và hy vọng)
