۞ وَٱذۡكُرۡ أَخَا عَادٍ إِذۡ أَنذَرَ قَوۡمَهُۥ بِٱلۡأَحۡقَافِ وَقَدۡ خَلَتِ ٱلنُّذُرُ مِنۢ بَيۡنِ يَدَيۡهِ وَمِنۡ خَلۡفِهِۦٓ أَلَّا تَعۡبُدُوٓاْ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ عَذَابَ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٖ
Và hãy nhớ (Hud), người anh em của bộ lạc 'Ad khi Y cảnh báo người dân của Y sống nơi vùng cồn cát (ở phía Nam của bán đảo Ả Rập); và trước và sau (thời kỳ của) Y đã có những Người báo trước đến bảo họ: “Hãy thờ phụng riêng Allah thôi. Thật sự, ta sợ giùm cho các người về sự trừng phạt của một Ngày Vĩ Đại.”
