لَهُۥ مَقَالِيدُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ يَبۡسُطُ ٱلرِّزۡقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقۡدِرُۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٞ
Ngài nắm các chìa khóa (kho tài nguyên) của các tầng trời và trái đất. Ngài nới rộng hoặc thu hẹp bổng lộc (của Ngài) cho người nào Ngài muốn. Quả thật, Ngài là Đấng Hằng Biết tất cả mọi việc.
