لَّيۡسَ بِأَمَانِيِّكُمۡ وَلَآ أَمَانِيِّ أَهۡلِ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِۗ مَن يَعۡمَلۡ سُوٓءٗا يُجۡزَ بِهِۦ وَلَا يَجِدۡ لَهُۥ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِيّٗا وَلَا نَصِيرٗا
Không phải theo ước muốn của các ngươi cũng không phải theo mong muốn của người dân Kinh Sách (mà lời hứa của Allah sẽ thể hiện); ai làm nên tội thì sẽ lãnh đủ về tội đó; và ngoài Allah ra, y sẽ không tìm được một người đỡ đầu hay một vị cứu tinh nào giúp đỡ y được cả.
