قُلِ ٱللَّهُمَّ مَٰلِكَ ٱلۡمُلۡكِ تُؤۡتِي ٱلۡمُلۡكَ مَن تَشَآءُ وَتَنزِعُ ٱلۡمُلۡكَ مِمَّن تَشَآءُ وَتُعِزُّ مَن تَشَآءُ وَتُذِلُّ مَن تَشَآءُۖ بِيَدِكَ ٱلۡخَيۡرُۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ
Hãy bảo: “Lạy Allah, Đức Vua nắm mọi quyền hành! Ngài ban quyền hành cho người nào Ngài muốn và thu hồi quyền hành từ kẻ nào Ngài muốn; Ngài ban vinh dự cho người nào Ngài muốn và hạ nhục kẻ nào Ngài muốn. Mọi điều tốt đều do Tay của Ngài cả. Quả thật, Ngài có quyền trên tất cả mọi vật.
