Sûretu't-Tekâsur

Ayah: 1

أَلۡهَىٰكُمُ ٱلتَّكَاثُرُ
Çokluk kuruntusu sizi o derece oyaladı ki,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

حَتَّىٰ زُرۡتُمُ ٱلۡمَقَابِرَ
nihayet kabirleri ziyaret ettiniz.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 3

كَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ
Hayır! Yakında bileceksiniz!

Ayah: 4

ثُمَّ كَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ
Elbette yakında bileceksiniz!

كَلَّا لَوۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ عِلۡمَ ٱلۡيَقِينِ
Gerçek öyle değil ! Kesin bilgi ile bilmiş olsaydınız,

لَتَرَوُنَّ ٱلۡجَحِيمَ
(orada) mutlaka cehennem ateşini görürdünüz.

ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَيۡنَ ٱلۡيَقِينِ
Sonra ahirette onu çıplak gözle göreceksiniz.

ثُمَّ لَتُسۡـَٔلُنَّ يَوۡمَئِذٍ عَنِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
Nihayet o gün (dünyada yararlandığınız) nimetlerden elbette ve elbette hesaba çekileceksiniz.
