Ayah: 58

وَإِن مِّن قَرۡيَةٍ إِلَّا نَحۡنُ مُهۡلِكُوهَا قَبۡلَ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ أَوۡ مُعَذِّبُوهَا عَذَابٗا شَدِيدٗاۚ كَانَ ذَٰلِكَ فِي ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مَسۡطُورٗا

Walang anumang pamayanan malibang Kami ay magpapahamak doon [dahil sa kawalang-pananampalataya] bago ng Araw ng Pagbangon o magpaparusa roon ng isang pagdurusang matindi. Laging iyon sa Talaan ay nakatitik.
