Ayah: 1

أَلَمۡ نَشۡرَحۡ لَكَ صَدۡرَكَ
Hatukukunjulia kifua chako?

Ayah: 2

وَوَضَعۡنَا عَنكَ وِزۡرَكَ
Na tukakuondolea mzigo wako.

ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهۡرَكَ
Uliovunja mgongo wako?

وَرَفَعۡنَا لَكَ ذِكۡرَكَ
Na tukakunyanyulia utajo wako?

فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرًا
Basi kwa hakika pamoja na uzito upo wepesi.
