Ayah: 20

أَلَمۡ نَخۡلُقكُّم مِّن مَّآءٖ مَّهِينٖ
Kwani hatukukuumbeni kwa maji ya kudharauliwa?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 21

فَجَعَلۡنَٰهُ فِي قَرَارٖ مَّكِينٍ
Kisha tukayaweka mahali pa utulivu madhubuti?

Ayah: 22

إِلَىٰ قَدَرٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ
Mpaka muda maalumu?

Ayah: 23

فَقَدَرۡنَا فَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡقَٰدِرُونَ
Tukakadiria na Sisi ni wabora wa kukadiria.

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ
Ole wao siku hiyo hao wanaokanusha!

أَلَمۡ نَجۡعَلِ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ كِفَاتًا
Kwani hatukuifanya ardhi yenye kukusanya.

أَحۡيَآءٗ وَأَمۡوَٰتٗا
Walio hai na maiti?

Ayah: 27

وَجَعَلۡنَا فِيهَا رَوَٰسِيَ شَٰمِخَٰتٖ وَأَسۡقَيۡنَٰكُم مَّآءٗ فُرَاتٗا
Na ndani yake tukaweka milima mirefu yenye kuthibiti, na tunakunywesheni maji matamu?

Ayah: 28

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ
Ole wao siku hiyo hao wanaokanusha!

ٱنطَلِقُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ مَا كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ
Nendeni kwenye adhabu mliyokuwa mkiikanusha!

ٱنطَلِقُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ ظِلّٖ ذِي ثَلَٰثِ شُعَبٖ
Nendeni kwenye kivuli chenye mapande matatu!

لَّا ظَلِيلٖ وَلَا يُغۡنِي مِنَ ٱللَّهَبِ
Hakikingi moto, wala hakiwaepushi na mwako.

إِنَّهَا تَرۡمِي بِشَرَرٖ كَٱلۡقَصۡرِ
Hakika Moto huo unatoa macheche kama majumba!

كَأَنَّهُۥ جِمَٰلَتٞ صُفۡرٞ
Kama kwamba ni ngamia wa rangi ya manjano!

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ
Ole wao siku hiyo hao wanaokanusha!

هَٰذَا يَوۡمُ لَا يَنطِقُونَ
Hii ni siku ambayo hawatatamka kitu.

وَلَا يُؤۡذَنُ لَهُمۡ فَيَعۡتَذِرُونَ
Wala hawataruhusiwa kutoa udhuru.

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ
Ole wao siku hiyo hao waliokanusha!

هَٰذَا يَوۡمُ ٱلۡفَصۡلِۖ جَمَعۡنَٰكُمۡ وَٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
Hii ndiyo siku ya kupambanua. Tumekukusanyeni nyinyi na waliotangulia.

فَإِن كَانَ لَكُمۡ كَيۡدٞ فَكِيدُونِ
Ikiwa mnayo hila, nifanyieni hila Mimi!

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ
Ole wao siku hiyo hao waliokanusha!

إِنَّ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ فِي ظِلَٰلٖ وَعُيُونٖ
Hakika wacha Mungu watakuwa katika vivuli na chemchemi.

وَفَوَٰكِهَ مِمَّا يَشۡتَهُونَ
Na matunda wanayoyapenda.

كُلُواْ وَٱشۡرَبُواْ هَنِيٓـَٔۢا بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ
Kuleni na kunyweni kwa furaha kwa yale mliyokuwa mkiyatenda.

Ayah: 44

إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
Hakika ndio kama hivyo tunavyowalipa watendao mema.

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

كُلُواْ وَتَمَتَّعُواْ قَلِيلًا إِنَّكُم مُّجۡرِمُونَ
Kuleni na mjifurahishe kidogo tu. Hakika nyinyi ni wakosefu!

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱرۡكَعُواْ لَا يَرۡكَعُونَ
Na wakiambiwa: Inameni! Hawainami.
