Translation of the meanings Surah: An-Najm   Ayah:

Ayah: 27

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ لَيُسَمُّونَ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ تَسۡمِيَةَ ٱلۡأُنثَىٰ
Hakika wale wasioamini Akhera bila ya shaka wao ndio wanawaita Malaika kwa majina ya kike.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 28

وَمَا لَهُم بِهِۦ مِنۡ عِلۡمٍۖ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا ٱلظَّنَّۖ وَإِنَّ ٱلظَّنَّ لَا يُغۡنِي مِنَ ٱلۡحَقِّ شَيۡـٔٗا
Nao hawana elimu yoyote kwa hayo isipokuwa wanafuata dhana tu. Na dhana haisaidii chochote mbele ya haki.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 29

فَأَعۡرِضۡ عَن مَّن تَوَلَّىٰ عَن ذِكۡرِنَا وَلَمۡ يُرِدۡ إِلَّا ٱلۡحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا
Basi mwachilie mbali anayeupa kisogo ukumbusho wetu, na wala hataki ila maisha ya dunia.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 30

ذَٰلِكَ مَبۡلَغُهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡعِلۡمِۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦ وَهُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَنِ ٱهۡتَدَىٰ
Huo ndio mwisho wao wa elimu. Hakika Mola wako Mlezi ndiye anayemjua zaidi mwenye kuipotea njia yake, na Yeye ndiye anayemjua zaidi mwenye kuongoka.

Ayah: 31

وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ لِيَجۡزِيَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَسَٰٓـُٔواْ بِمَا عَمِلُواْ وَيَجۡزِيَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَحۡسَنُواْ بِٱلۡحُسۡنَى
Ni vya Mwenyezi Mungu vyote vilivyo mbinguni na vilivyo katika ardhi, ili awalipe wale waliotenda ubaya kwa waliyoyatenda, na wale waliotenda mema awalipe mema.

Ayah: 32

ٱلَّذِينَ يَجۡتَنِبُونَ كَبَٰٓئِرَ ٱلۡإِثۡمِ وَٱلۡفَوَٰحِشَ إِلَّا ٱللَّمَمَۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ وَٰسِعُ ٱلۡمَغۡفِرَةِۚ هُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِكُمۡ إِذۡ أَنشَأَكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَإِذۡ أَنتُمۡ أَجِنَّةٞ فِي بُطُونِ أُمَّهَٰتِكُمۡۖ فَلَا تُزَكُّوٓاْ أَنفُسَكُمۡۖ هُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَنِ ٱتَّقَىٰٓ
Ambao wanajiweka mbali na madhambi makuu na vitendo vichafu, isipokuwa makosa hafifu. Hakika Mola wako Mlezi ni Mkunjufu wa maghfira, naye anakujueni sana tangu alipokuumbeni kutoka kwenye ardhi, na mlipokuwa mimba matumboni mwa mama zenu. Basi msijione watakatifu. Yeye anamjua sana mwenye kujikinga akawa mbali na maovu.

Ayah: 33

أَفَرَءَيۡتَ ٱلَّذِي تَوَلَّىٰ
Je, umemwona yule aliyegeuka akaenda zake?

وَأَعۡطَىٰ قَلِيلٗا وَأَكۡدَىٰٓ
Na akapeana kidogo, kisha akajizuia?

أَعِندَهُۥ عِلۡمُ ٱلۡغَيۡبِ فَهُوَ يَرَىٰٓ
Je, anayo huyo elimu ya ghaibu, basi ndiyo anaona?

أَمۡ لَمۡ يُنَبَّأۡ بِمَا فِي صُحُفِ مُوسَىٰ
Au hakuambiwa yaliyomo katika Vitabu vya Musa?

وَإِبۡرَٰهِيمَ ٱلَّذِي وَفَّىٰٓ
Na vya Ibrahimu aliyetimiza ahadi?

أَلَّا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٞ وِزۡرَ أُخۡرَىٰ
Ya kwamba hakika nafsi iliyobeba madhambi haibebi madhambi ya mwengine?

Ayah: 39

وَأَن لَّيۡسَ لِلۡإِنسَٰنِ إِلَّا مَا سَعَىٰ
Na ya kwamba hatapata mtu ila aliyoyafanya mwenyewe?

وَأَنَّ سَعۡيَهُۥ سَوۡفَ يُرَىٰ
Na kwamba vitendo vyake vitaonekana?

ثُمَّ يُجۡزَىٰهُ ٱلۡجَزَآءَ ٱلۡأَوۡفَىٰ
Kisha ndio atalipwa malipo yake kwa hayo kwa ukamilifu.

Ayah: 42

وَأَنَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ ٱلۡمُنتَهَىٰ
Na kwamba kwa Mola wako Mlezi ndiyo mwisho.

وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَضۡحَكَ وَأَبۡكَىٰ
Na kwamba Yeye ndiye anayeleta kicheko na kilio.

وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَمَاتَ وَأَحۡيَا
Na kwamba Yeye ndiye anayefisha na kuhuisha.
