Translation of the meanings Surah: Maryam   Ayah:

Ayah: 39

وَأَنذِرۡهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡحَسۡرَةِ إِذۡ قُضِيَ ٱلۡأَمۡرُ وَهُمۡ فِي غَفۡلَةٖ وَهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ
Na waonye siku ya majuto makubwa itapokatwa amri. Nao wako katika ghafla, wala hawaamini.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 40

إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَرِثُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَنۡ عَلَيۡهَا وَإِلَيۡنَا يُرۡجَعُونَ
Hakika Sisi ndio tutairithi ardhi na wale walio juu yake. Na kwetu watarejeshwa.

Ayah: 41

وَٱذۡكُرۡ فِي ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ صِدِّيقٗا نَّبِيًّا
Na mtaje katika Kitabu hiki Ibrahim. Hakika yeye alikuwa mkweli mno, na Nabii.

Ayah: 42

إِذۡ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ يَٰٓأَبَتِ لِمَ تَعۡبُدُ مَا لَا يَسۡمَعُ وَلَا يُبۡصِرُ وَلَا يُغۡنِي عَنكَ شَيۡـٔٗا
Alipomwambia baba yake: Ewe baba yangu! Kwa nini unaabudu visivyosikia, na visivyoona, na visivyokufaa chochote?

Ayah: 43

يَٰٓأَبَتِ إِنِّي قَدۡ جَآءَنِي مِنَ ٱلۡعِلۡمِ مَا لَمۡ يَأۡتِكَ فَٱتَّبِعۡنِيٓ أَهۡدِكَ صِرَٰطٗا سَوِيّٗا
Ewe baba yangu! Kwa yakini imenifikia elimu ambayo haikukujia wewe. Basi nifuate mimi, nami nitakuongoza njia iliyo sawa.

Ayah: 44

يَٰٓأَبَتِ لَا تَعۡبُدِ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنَۖ إِنَّ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنَ كَانَ لِلرَّحۡمَٰنِ عَصِيّٗا
Ewe baba yangu! Usimuabudu Shetani. Hakika Shetani ni mwenye kumuasi sana Mwingi wa rehema.

Ayah: 45

يَٰٓأَبَتِ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ أَن يَمَسَّكَ عَذَابٞ مِّنَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ فَتَكُونَ لِلشَّيۡطَٰنِ وَلِيّٗا
Ewe baba yangu! Hakika mimi ninahofu ije kukupata adhabu inayotoka kwa Mwingi wa rehema, ukaja kuwa mwenziwe Shetani.

Ayah: 46

قَالَ أَرَاغِبٌ أَنتَ عَنۡ ءَالِهَتِي يَٰٓإِبۡرَٰهِيمُۖ لَئِن لَّمۡ تَنتَهِ لَأَرۡجُمَنَّكَۖ وَٱهۡجُرۡنِي مَلِيّٗا
(Baba) akasema: Je huitaki miungu yangu, ewe Ibrahim? Kama huachi, basi lazima nitakupiga mawe. Na niondokee mbali kwa muda mrefu!

Ayah: 47

قَالَ سَلَٰمٌ عَلَيۡكَۖ سَأَسۡتَغۡفِرُ لَكَ رَبِّيٓۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ بِي حَفِيّٗا
(Ibrahim) akasema: Salamun 'alaika (Amani iwe juu yako)! Mimi nitakuombea msamaha kwa Mola wangu Mlezi. Hakika Yeye ananihurumia sana.

Ayah: 48

وَأَعۡتَزِلُكُمۡ وَمَا تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَأَدۡعُواْ رَبِّي عَسَىٰٓ أَلَّآ أَكُونَ بِدُعَآءِ رَبِّي شَقِيّٗا
Nami ninajitenga mbali nanyi na hayo mnayoyaabudu badala ya Mwenyezi Mungu. Na ninamwomba Mola wangu Mlezi; asaa nisiwe mwenye kukosa bahati kwa kumwomba Mola wangu Mlezi.

Ayah: 49

فَلَمَّا ٱعۡتَزَلَهُمۡ وَمَا يَعۡبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَهَبۡنَا لَهُۥٓ إِسۡحَٰقَ وَيَعۡقُوبَۖ وَكُلّٗا جَعَلۡنَا نَبِيّٗا
Basi alipojitenga mbali nao na yale waliyokuwa wakiyaabudu badala ya Mwenyezi Mungu, tukamtunuku Is-haq na Yaaqub, na kila mmoja wao tukamfanya Nabii.

Ayah: 50

وَوَهَبۡنَا لَهُم مِّن رَّحۡمَتِنَا وَجَعَلۡنَا لَهُمۡ لِسَانَ صِدۡقٍ عَلِيّٗا
Na tukawatunuku katika rehema zetu na tukawafanya kupewa sifa za kweli tukufu.

Ayah: 51

وَٱذۡكُرۡ فِي ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مُوسَىٰٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ مُخۡلَصٗا وَكَانَ رَسُولٗا نَّبِيّٗا
Na mtaje Musa katika Kitabu. Hakika yeye alikuwa ni mwenye kuchaguliwa, na alikuwa Mtume, Nabii.
