Ayah: 5

لِيَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٖ
Într-o Zi mare,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 6

يَوۡمَ يَقُومُ ٱلنَّاسُ لِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
O Zi în care oamenii vor sta înaintea Stăpânului lumilor?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 7

كَلَّآ إِنَّ كِتَٰبَ ٱلۡفُجَّارِ لَفِي سِجِّينٖ
Dar nu! Celor nelegiuiți le este scris că se vor afla în Sijjin! -

Ayah: 8

وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا سِجِّينٞ
Dar de unde să știi tu ce este Sijjin? -

Ayah: 9

كِتَٰبٞ مَّرۡقُومٞ
[Este destinația[2] înscrisă] într-o carte scrisă limpede!
[2] Cel mai jos nivel al Iadului

Ayah: 10

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ
Vai în Ziua aceea pentru cei care tăgăduiesc,

Ayah: 11

ٱلَّذِينَ يُكَذِّبُونَ بِيَوۡمِ ٱلدِّينِ
Pentru cei care tăgăduiesc Ziua Judecății!

Ayah: 12

وَمَا يُكَذِّبُ بِهِۦٓ إِلَّا كُلُّ مُعۡتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ
Însă nu o tăgăduiește pe ea decât cel nelegiuit și păcătos,

Ayah: 13

إِذَا تُتۡلَىٰ عَلَيۡهِ ءَايَٰتُنَا قَالَ أَسَٰطِيرُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
Care, atunci când i se recită lui Versetele Noastre, zice: „Povești ale celor de demult!”

Ayah: 14

كَلَّاۖ بَلۡۜ رَانَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِم مَّا كَانُواْ يَكۡسِبُونَ
Dar nu! S-au acoperit de rugină inimile lor cu cele pe care le-au agonisit![3]

Ayah: 15

كَلَّآ إِنَّهُمۡ عَن رَّبِّهِمۡ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لَّمَحۡجُوبُونَ
Nu! În Ziua aceea ei vor fi împiedicați de la vederea Domnului lor!

ثُمَّ إِنَّهُمۡ لَصَالُواْ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ
Apoi ei vor fi cei care ajung și ard în Iad

ثُمَّ يُقَالُ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ
Și atunci li se va zice [lor]: „Aceasta este ceea ce ați tăgăduit!”

Ayah: 18

كَلَّآ إِنَّ كِتَٰبَ ٱلۡأَبۡرَارِ لَفِي عِلِّيِّينَ
Dar nu! Celor drepți le este scris că ei se vor afla în Illiyyun.

Ayah: 19

وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا عِلِّيُّونَ
Dar de unde să știi tu ce este Illiyyun?

Ayah: 20

كِتَٰبٞ مَّرۡقُومٞ
[Este destinația[4] înscrisă] într-o carte scrisă limpede!
[4] Cel mai înalt nivel al Paradisului

Ayah: 21

يَشۡهَدُهُ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبُونَ
Vor face mărturie pentru ea cei apropiați [de Allah].

Ayah: 22

إِنَّ ٱلۡأَبۡرَارَ لَفِي نَعِيمٍ
Cei drepți se vor afla în [Grădinile] plăcerii.

Ayah: 23

عَلَى ٱلۡأَرَآئِكِ يَنظُرُونَ
Îi vor privi de pe divanuri.

Ayah: 24

تَعۡرِفُ فِي وُجُوهِهِمۡ نَضۡرَةَ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
Pe fețele lor vei recunoaște strălucirea binecuvântărilor (Raiului).

Ayah: 25

يُسۡقَوۡنَ مِن رَّحِيقٖ مَّخۡتُومٍ
Li se va da să bea dintr-un nectar pecetluit[5],
[5] Delicios și care nu îmbată

خِتَٰمُهُۥ مِسۡكٞۚ وَفِي ذَٰلِكَ فَلۡيَتَنَافَسِ ٱلۡمُتَنَٰفِسُونَ
A cărui pecete[6] este moscul. Și întru aceasta [se cuvine] să se întreacă cei care se întrec.

Ayah: 27

وَمِزَاجُهُۥ مِن تَسۡنِيمٍ
Iar amestecul lui este din Tasnim[7].
[7] Cel mai înalt izvor din Paradis și cea mai plăcută băutură de către locuitorii săi

Ayah: 28

عَيۡنٗا يَشۡرَبُ بِهَا ٱلۡمُقَرَّبُونَ
Un izvor din care beau cei apropiați [de Allah].

Ayah: 29

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجۡرَمُواْ كَانُواْ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ يَضۡحَكُونَ
Cei ce sunt nelegiuiți au râs de cei care cred,

Ayah: 30

وَإِذَا مَرُّواْ بِهِمۡ يَتَغَامَزُونَ
Iar când au trecut pe lângă ei, și-au făcut semne,

وَإِذَا ٱنقَلَبُوٓاْ إِلَىٰٓ أَهۡلِهِمُ ٱنقَلَبُواْ فَكِهِينَ
Iar când s-au întors la familiile lor, s-au întors ei batjocorind,

Ayah: 32

وَإِذَا رَأَوۡهُمۡ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ لَضَآلُّونَ
Iar când i-au văzut pe ei, au zis: „Aceștia sunt în rătăcire!”

وَمَآ أُرۡسِلُواْ عَلَيۡهِمۡ حَٰفِظِينَ
Ori ei nu au fost trimiși ca păzitori asupra lor!
