Ayah: 52

يَقُولُ أَءِنَّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلۡمُصَدِّقِينَ
Care spunea: „Tu ești dintre cei care cred cu adevărat?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 53

أَءِذَا مِتۡنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابٗا وَعِظَٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَدِينُونَ
Oare după ce am murit și ne-am făcut țărână și oseminte, ni se va mai cere nouă socoteală?”

Ayah: 54

قَالَ هَلۡ أَنتُم مُّطَّلِعُونَ
El va spune[6]: „Vreți voi să priviți în jos?”
[6] Companionilor săi din Paradis

Ayah: 55

فَٱطَّلَعَ فَرَءَاهُ فِي سَوَآءِ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ
Și va privi el și îl va vedea pe acela[7] în mijlocul Iadului.
[7] Pe companionul care a încercat să îl convingă să nu creadă când erau în viața de pe Pământ

Ayah: 56

قَالَ تَٱللَّهِ إِن كِدتَّ لَتُرۡدِينِ
Și va spune el atunci: „ [Jur] Pe Allah! Aproape că mi-ai adus pieirea!

Ayah: 57

وَلَوۡلَا نِعۡمَةُ رَبِّي لَكُنتُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُحۡضَرِينَ
Și de n-ar fi fost Îndurarea Stăpânului meu, aș fi și eu printre cei aduși [în Iad]!

Ayah: 58

أَفَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَيِّتِينَ
[Vor spune locuitorii Paradisului] Este adevărat că noi nu vom muri

Ayah: 59

إِلَّا مَوۡتَتَنَا ٱلۡأُولَىٰ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ
Decât cu moartea noastră cea dintâi și că nu vom fi noi chinuiți?”

Ayah: 60

إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَهُوَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡعَظِيمُ
Cu adevărat, aceasta este marea izbândă.

لِمِثۡلِ هَٰذَا فَلۡيَعۡمَلِ ٱلۡعَٰمِلُونَ
Pentru așa ceva se cuvine să se străduiască aceia care se străduiesc.

أَذَٰلِكَ خَيۡرٞ نُّزُلًا أَمۡ شَجَرَةُ ٱلزَّقُّومِ
Oare această ospeție [Paradisul] este mai bună sau pomul Zaqqum?

Ayah: 63

إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَٰهَا فِتۡنَةٗ لِّلظَّٰلِمِينَ
Cu adevărat, Noi l-am făcut ca o încercare pentru cei nelegiuiți.

Ayah: 64

إِنَّهَا شَجَرَةٞ تَخۡرُجُ فِيٓ أَصۡلِ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ
Cu adevărat, este un pom care iese din fundul Iadului

طَلۡعُهَا كَأَنَّهُۥ رُءُوسُ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينِ
Și roadele sale sunt ca niște capete de șeitani,

فَإِنَّهُمۡ لَأٓكِلُونَ مِنۡهَا فَمَالِـُٔونَ مِنۡهَا ٱلۡبُطُونَ
Iar ei sunt siliți să mănânce din ele, umplându-și pântecele.

Ayah: 67

ثُمَّ إِنَّ لَهُمۡ عَلَيۡهَا لَشَوۡبٗا مِّنۡ حَمِيمٖ
Apoi, cu adevărat, vor avea ei, peste aceasta, un amestec de apă clocotită,

Ayah: 68

ثُمَّ إِنَّ مَرۡجِعَهُمۡ لَإِلَى ٱلۡجَحِيمِ
Apoi, cu adevărat, întoarcerea lor va fi către Iad.

إِنَّهُمۡ أَلۡفَوۡاْ ءَابَآءَهُمۡ ضَآلِّينَ
Ei i-au aflat pe părinții lor în rătăcire,

فَهُمۡ عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِهِمۡ يُهۡرَعُونَ
Și iată-i alergând pe urmele lor,

وَلَقَدۡ ضَلَّ قَبۡلَهُمۡ أَكۡثَرُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
Căci și înainte de ei s-au aflat în rătăcire cei mai mulți dintre înaintașii lor

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا فِيهِم مُّنذِرِينَ
Și am trimis Noi prevenitori la ei,

فَٱنظُرۡ كَيۡفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلۡمُنذَرِينَ
Însă privește care a fost sfârșitul celor preveniți,

إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِينَ
Afară de robii cei aleși ai lui Allah:

وَلَقَدۡ نَادَىٰنَا نُوحٞ فَلَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡمُجِيبُونَ
Noe Ne-a chemat pe Noi și Noi suntem Cei mai Buni dintre cei care răspund!

Ayah: 76

وَنَجَّيۡنَٰهُ وَأَهۡلَهُۥ مِنَ ٱلۡكَرۡبِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ
Și l-am mântuit pe el împreună cu familia lui de nenorocirea cea mare,
