هُوَ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ ٱلشَّمۡسَ ضِيَآءٗ وَٱلۡقَمَرَ نُورٗا وَقَدَّرَهُۥ مَنَازِلَ لِتَعۡلَمُواْ عَدَدَ ٱلسِّنِينَ وَٱلۡحِسَابَۚ مَا خَلَقَ ٱللَّهُ ذَٰلِكَ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ يُفَصِّلُ ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ لِقَوۡمٖ يَعۡلَمُونَ

Cu adevărat, El este Cel care a făcut Soarele ca o lumină strălucitoare și Luna ca o lumină reflectată și El i-a hotărât fazele, pentru ca voi să cunoașteți numărul anilor și socotirea [timpului]. Allah nu le-a făcut decât pentru [un scop] adevărat. El deslușește semnele pentru oamenii care pricep.
