قُل لَّوۡ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ مَا تَلَوۡتُهُۥ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَلَآ أَدۡرَىٰكُم بِهِۦۖ فَقَدۡ لَبِثۡتُ فِيكُمۡ عُمُرٗا مِّن قَبۡلِهِۦٓۚ أَفَلَا تَعۡقِلُونَ

Spune: „Dacă Allah ar fi Voit, eu nu vi l-aș fi citit și El nu vi l-ar fi făcut cunoscut vouă, căci eu am rămas printre voi vreme îndelungată înainte de el^[6]. Voi nu pricepeți?”

[6] Profetul (pacea și binecuvântarea lui Allah fie asupra sa) a trăit 40 de ani printre poporul său înainte să primească orice revelație
