رَفِیْعُ الدَّرَجٰتِ ذُو الْعَرْشِ ۚ— یُلْقِی الرُّوْحَ مِنْ اَمْرِهٖ عَلٰی مَنْ یَّشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهٖ لِیُنْذِرَ یَوْمَ التَّلَاقِ ۟ۙ
د لوړو درجو، صفتونو او عرش څښتن دی. د خپل حکم په رڼا کې خپل هغه بنده ته وحي رالیږي چې خوښه يي ورته وشي تر څو خلک د مخامخ کیدلو له ورځې نه وډاروي.
