اِلَّا الْمُسْتَضْعَفِیْنَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَآءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ لَا یَسْتَطِیْعُوْنَ حِیْلَةً وَّلَا یَهْتَدُوْنَ سَبِیْلًا ۟ۙ
خو پرته له هغو بې وسه کړو شوو سړیو، ښځو او کوچنیانو چې نه يې کومه وسیله په توان کې وي او نه د وتلو لار میندلای شي.
