اَللّٰهُ الَّذِیْ یُرْسِلُ الرِّیٰحَ فَتُثِیْرُ سَحَابًا فَیَبْسُطُهٗ فِی السَّمَآءِ كَیْفَ یَشَآءُ وَیَجْعَلُهٗ كِسَفًا فَتَرَی الْوَدْقَ یَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلٰلِهٖ ۚ— فَاِذَاۤ اَصَابَ بِهٖ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهٖۤ اِذَا هُمْ یَسْتَبْشِرُوْنَ ۟
الله هغه ذات دی چې بادونه لیږي. وریځي راپورته او بیا یې د اسمان په څنډو کې د خپلې خوښي په رڼا کې غړوسکي،غړوسکي خپروي بیا نو ته ګورې چې له مینځ نه یې باران راوریږي. نو کله چې هم الله پاک خپل کوم بنده ته باران ورورسوي نو ناببره هغوی خوښي څرګند وي.
