ظَهَرَ الْفَسَادُ فِی الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ اَیْدِی النَّاسِ لِیُذِیْقَهُمْ بَعْضَ الَّذِیْ عَمِلُوْا لَعَلَّهُمْ یَرْجِعُوْنَ ۟
د هغو بدیو له کبله چې خلکو په خپلو لاسونو کړي دي په وچه او لمده کې فساد ښکاره شوی دی.تر څو الله پاک د هغوی دځینو کړنو خوندوروڅکي کیدای شي چې هغوی حق ته راوګرځي.
