هٰذَا بَیَانٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًی وَّمَوْعِظَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِیْنَ ۟
دا قران د عامو خلکو لپاره بیان او د پرهیزګارانو لپاره هدایت او پند دی.
