وَیَوْمَ نَبْعَثُ فِیْ كُلِّ اُمَّةٍ شَهِیْدًا عَلَیْهِمْ مِّنْ اَنْفُسِهِمْ وَجِئْنَا بِكَ شَهِیْدًا عَلٰی هٰۤؤُلَآءِ ؕ— وَنَزَّلْنَا عَلَیْكَ الْكِتٰبَ تِبْیَانًا لِّكُلِّ شَیْءٍ وَّهُدًی وَّرَحْمَةً وَّبُشْرٰی لِلْمُسْلِمِیْنَ ۟۠
او ای محمده! له هغې ورځې نه يې خبر کړه چې مونږ په هر امت کې د هغوی یو تن د شاهد په توګه راپورته او تا به هم په دغه قوم شاهد راولو. او مونږ داسې کتاب پر تا نازل کړی دی چې: هر څه يې پوره بیان کړي. او دمسلمانانو لپاره هدایت، رحمت او د خوښۍ زیر دی.
