هٰذَا بَلٰغٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَلِیُنْذَرُوْا بِهٖ وَلِیَعْلَمُوْۤا اَنَّمَا هُوَ اِلٰهٌ وَّاحِدٌ وَّلِیَذَّكَّرَ اُولُوا الْاَلْبَابِ ۟۠
هو! دا د ټولو انسانانو لپاره یو پیغام دی چې هغوی پرې وډارول شي او پوه شي چې معبود یوازې همغه یو ذات دی او بالاخره د عقل څښتنان پند واخلي.
