فَاصْبِرْ عَلٰی مَا یَقُوْلُوْنَ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوْعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ غُرُوْبِهَا ۚ— وَمِنْ اٰنَآئِ الَّیْلِ فَسَبِّحْ وَاَطْرَافَ النَّهَارِ لَعَلَّكَ تَرْضٰی ۟
१३०) अतः जे जति तिनीहरूले भन्छन त्यसमाथि धैर्य गर, र आफ्नो पालनकर्ताको गुणगान गर्दैगर, सूर्योदयभन्दा अगाडि, र त्यो अस्ताउनुभन्दा अगाडि र रातीको समयमा पनि तसबीह (गुणगान) गर, र दिनका अनेक भागहरूमा पनि, सम्भव छ तिमी सहमत हुनसक ।
