१. आलिफ, लाम, मीम.१

(१) या अक्षरांना अरबी भाषेत ‘हरफे मुकत्तआत’ (अलग अलग अक्षरे) म्हंटले जाते, अर्थात पृथकरित्या वाचली जाणारी अक्षरे. यांच्या अर्थाविषयी कोणतीही सनद किंवा पुरावा असलेले कथन नाही.
