Al-‘Asr

Verse: 1

وَالْعَصْرِ ۟ۙ
१. काळाची शपथ.

اِنَّ الْاِنْسَانَ لَفِیْ خُسْرٍ ۟ۙ
२. वस्तुत सारे मानव पूर्णतः घाट्यात आहेत.

Verse: 3

اِلَّا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْحَقِّ ۙ۬— وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ ۟۠
३. मात्र त्या लोकांखेरीज, ज्यांनी ईमान राखले आणि सत्कर्म करीत राहिले आणि (ज्यांनी) आपसात सत्यावर कायम राहण्याची ताकीद केली आणि एकमेकांना धीर संयम राखण्याचा उपदेश केला.
