Ayah: 160

كَذَّبَتۡ قَوۡمُ لُوطٍ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
Nilaza ireo Iraka ho mpandainga ny vahoakan' i Lota.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 161

إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُمۡ أَخُوهُمۡ لُوطٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
Raha niteny tamin’izy ireo ny rahalahin’izy ireo Lota hoe : “Tsy manam-patahorana ve ianareo ?"

Ayah: 162

إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ
Izaho dia Iraka mendri-pitokisana ho anareo !

فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
Ary matahora an’I Allah àry ianareo, ary mankatoava ahy.

وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
Ary tsy mangataka tambiny aminareo aho momba izany, tsy misy karama aho afa-tsy avy amin’i Tompon’izao Tontolo izao.

Ayah: 165

أَتَأۡتُونَ ٱلذُّكۡرَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
Moa ve manao firaisana ara-nofo amin’ny lehilahin’izao tontolo izao ianareo ?

Ayah: 166

وَتَذَرُونَ مَا خَلَقَ لَكُمۡ رَبُّكُم مِّنۡ أَزۡوَٰجِكُمۚ بَلۡ أَنتُمۡ قَوۡمٌ عَادُونَ
Ary avelanareo ireo vehivavy vadinareo izay noharian’i Tomponareo ho anareo ? Ary ianareo dia tena vahoaka mpandika lalàna.

Ayah: 167

قَالُواْ لَئِن لَّمۡ تَنتَهِ يَٰلُوطُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡمُخۡرَجِينَ
Niteny izy ireo hoe : “Raha tsy mitsahatra ianao ry Lota, dia tena ho anisan’ireo atao sesi-tany".

Ayah: 168

قَالَ إِنِّي لِعَمَلِكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡقَالِينَ
Niteny izy (Lota) hoe : “Marina fa izaho dia anisan’ireo mankahala ny asa izay ataonareo".

رَبِّ نَجِّنِي وَأَهۡلِي مِمَّا يَعۡمَلُونَ
Tompo o ! Avoty aho sy ny fianakaviako amin’izay ataon’izy ireo.

فَنَجَّيۡنَٰهُ وَأَهۡلَهُۥٓ أَجۡمَعِينَ
Ka navotanay àry izy sy ny fianakaviany rehetra.

إِلَّا عَجُوزٗا فِي ٱلۡغَٰبِرِينَ
Afa-tsy vehivavy antitra iray anisan’ireo naringana.

ثُمَّ دَمَّرۡنَا ٱلۡأٓخَرِينَ
Avy eo dia nopotehinay koa ny sasany.

وَأَمۡطَرۡنَا عَلَيۡهِم مَّطَرٗاۖ فَسَآءَ مَطَرُ ٱلۡمُنذَرِينَ
Ary narotsakay tamin’izy ireo ny orana (oram-bato). Tena ratsy tokoa izany orana izany ho an’ireo izay nampitandremana.

Ayah: 174

إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
Marina fa amin’izany dia misy fahagagana tokoa, nefa ny ankamaroan’izy ireo dia tsy mpino.

Ayah: 175

وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Ary marina fa ny Tomponao, Izy no ilay Tsitoha, ilay be indrafo.

كَذَّبَ أَصۡحَٰبُ لۡـَٔيۡكَةِ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

وَزِنُواْ بِٱلۡقِسۡطَاسِ ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِيمِ
Ary mandanjà amin’ny fandanjana marina ianareo.

وَلَا تَبۡخَسُواْ ٱلنَّاسَ أَشۡيَآءَهُمۡ وَلَا تَعۡثَوۡاْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مُفۡسِدِينَ
Ary aza manome ny olona izay latsaky ny tokony ho azy ianareo; ary aza manao fanakorontanana sy asa fanimbana eto an-tany ianareo.
