Al-Laili

Ayah: 1

وَٱلَّيۡلِ إِذَا يَغۡشَىٰ
1. Ndayira ekiro bwe kiba kibisse (e nsi).

Ayah: 2

وَٱلنَّهَارِ إِذَا تَجَلَّىٰ
2. Ndayira n'obudde bwemisana bwe buba nga bwetadde.

Ayah: 3

وَمَا خَلَقَ ٱلذَّكَرَ وَٱلۡأُنثَىٰٓ
3. Ndayira oyo eyatonda ekisajja n’ekikazi.

Ayah: 4

إِنَّ سَعۡيَكُمۡ لَشَتَّىٰ
4. Mazima ddala okulafuubana kwa mmwe si kwe kumu.

فَأَمَّا مَنۡ أَعۡطَىٰ وَٱتَّقَىٰ
5. N'olwekyo, omuntu awaayo ekintu kyonna ng’atya Katonda.

وَصَدَّقَ بِٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰ
6. Nakkiriza e birungi. (ebiva mu kukkiriza Katonda).

فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُۥ لِلۡيُسۡرَىٰ
7. Tujja kumwanguyiza e kkubo erimutuusa eri obwangu.

وَأَمَّا مَنۢ بَخِلَ وَٱسۡتَغۡنَىٰ
8. Ate oyo akodowala ne yeegaggasa (ng’alowooza nti ebiri ewa Katonda tabyetaaga).

وَكَذَّبَ بِٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰ
9. N’alimbisa obubaka obwakkira ku Nabbi Muhammad.
