١لَّذِیْ لَهٗ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَلَمْ یَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَّلَمْ یَكُنْ لَّهٗ شَرِیْكٌ فِی الْمُلْكِ وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ شَیْءٍ فَقَدَّرَهٗ تَقْدِیْرًا ۟
ಅಂದರೆ ಭೂಮ್ಯಾಕಾಶಗಳ ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮತ್ವವು ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದೆಯೋ ಅವನು. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಹಭಾಗಿಗಳಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಖರವಾದ ನಿರ್ಣಯವನ್ನು ನಿಶ್ಚಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
