لَهٗ مَقَالِیْدُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ ۚ— یَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ یَّشَآءُ وَیَقْدِرُ ؕ— اِنَّهٗ بِكُلِّ شَیْءٍ عَلِیْمٌ ۟
ಆಕಾಶಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಭೂಮಿಯ ಕೀಲಿಕೈಗಳು ಅವನ ಬಳಿಯಿವೆ. ಅವನು ತಾನಿಚ್ಛಿಸುವವರಿಗೆ ಜೀವನಾಧಾರವನ್ನು ವಿಶಾಲಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ ಮತ್ತು ತಾನಿಚ್ಛಿಸುವವರಿಗೆ ಪರಿಮಿತಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯು ಅವನು ಸಕಲ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
