Ayah: 42

وَاِذْ قَالَتِ الْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةُ یٰمَرْیَمُ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ اصْطَفٰىكِ وَطَهَّرَكِ وَاصْطَفٰىكِ عَلٰی نِسَآءِ الْعٰلَمِیْنَ ۟
ಮಲಕ್‌ಗಳು ಮರ್ಯಮರ ಬಳಿ ಬಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ ಸಂದರ್ಭ: 'ಓ ಮರ್ಯಮ್, ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯು ಅಲ್ಲಾಹನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವನು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು, ಪವಿತ್ರಗೊಳಿಸಿರುವನು ಮತ್ತು ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಸ್ತಿçÃಯರ ಪೈಕಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವನು'.
