Ayah: 46

قَالَ یٰقَوْمِ لِمَ تَسْتَعْجِلُوْنَ بِالسَّیِّئَةِ قَبْلَ الْحَسَنَةِ ۚ— لَوْلَا تَسْتَغْفِرُوْنَ اللّٰهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُوْنَ ۟
ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು: ಓ ನನ್ನ ಜನರೇ, ನೀವು ಒಳಿತಿಗೂ ಮುನ್ನ ಕೆಡುಕಿಗೇಕೆ ಆತುರಪಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೀರಿ. ನೀವೇಕೆ ಅಲ್ಲಾಹನಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಷಮೆ ಬೇಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಕರುಣೆ ತೋರಲೂಬಹುದು.
