Ayah: 2

قَیِّمًا لِّیُنْذِرَ بَاْسًا شَدِیْدًا مِّنْ لَّدُنْهُ وَیُبَشِّرَ الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ الَّذِیْنَ یَعْمَلُوْنَ الصّٰلِحٰتِ اَنَّ لَهُمْ اَجْرًا حَسَنًا ۟ۙ
ಋಜುವಾದ ಗ್ರಂಥವಿದು; ಅವನ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಕಠಿಣ ಯಾತನೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಲಿಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸತ್ಯ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನಿರಿಸಿ, ಸತ್ಕರ್ಮಗಳನ್ನೆಸಗುವವರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮವಾದ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲವಿದೆಯೆಂದು ಸುವಾರ್ತೆ ನೀಡಲಿಕ್ಕಾಗಿದೆ.
