Ayah: 96

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّتۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ
Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang telah pasti terhadap mereka kalimat Tuhan-mu, tidaklah akan beriman[706],
[706]. Kalimat di sini berarti "ketetapan" . Maksud ayat ini ialah orang-orang yang telah ditetapkan Allah dalam Lawḥ Maḥfūẓ bahwa mereka akan mati dalam kekafiran; selamanya tidak akan beriman.
