Translation of the meanings Ayah: (29) Surah: Yūnus

Ayah: 29

فَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ شَهِيدَۢا بَيۡنَنَا وَبَيۡنَكُمۡ إِن كُنَّا عَنۡ عِبَادَتِكُمۡ لَغَٰفِلِينَ
Dan cukuplah Allah menjadi saksi antara kami dengan kamu; bahwa kami tidak tahu-menahu tentang penyembahan kamu (kepada kami) [688].
[688]. Maksudnya, orang-orang yang menyembah berhala itu sebenarnya bukanlah menyembah berhala. Mereka hanyalah menyembah hawa nafsu mereka sendiri karena hawa nafsu merekalah yang menyuruh menyembah berhala.
