قُل لَّوۡ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ مَا تَلَوۡتُهُۥ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَلَآ أَدۡرَىٰكُم بِهِۦۖ فَقَدۡ لَبِثۡتُ فِيكُمۡ عُمُرٗا مِّن قَبۡلِهِۦٓۚ أَفَلَا تَعۡقِلُونَ
Katakanlah, "Jikalau Allah menghendaki, niscaya aku tidak membacakannya kepadamu dan Allah tidak (pula) memberitahukannya kepadamu". Sesungguhnya aku telah tinggal bersamamu beberapa lama sebelumnya [677]. Maka apakah kamu tidak memikirkannya?
[677]. Maksudnya, sebelum Al-Qur`ān diturunkan.
