Translation of the meanings Surah: Al-Muddaththir   Ayah:

Al Mudathir

Purposes of the Surah:
الأمر بالاجتهاد في دعوة المكذبين، وإنذارهم بالآخرة والقرآن.
Elle ordonne de promouvoir la prédication et menace ceux qui la traitent de mensonge.

Ayah: 1

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلۡمُدَّثِّرُ
Ô toi qui te recouvres avec tes vêtements. Il s’agit du Prophète.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

قُمۡ فَأَنذِرۡ
Lève-toi et avertis contre le châtiment d’Allah.

Ayah: 3

وَرَبَّكَ فَكَبِّرۡ
Célèbre la grandeur de ton Seigneur.

Ayah: 4

وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّرۡ
Purifie ton âme des péchés et tes vêtements des souillures.

Ayah: 5

وَٱلرُّجۡزَ فَٱهۡجُرۡ
Eloigne-toi de l’adoration des idoles.

Ayah: 6

وَلَا تَمۡنُن تَسۡتَكۡثِرُ
Ne rappelle pas à ton Seigneur tes bonnes œuvres comme une faveur et ne leur donne pas plus qu’elles ne valent.

Ayah: 7

وَلِرَبِّكَ فَٱصۡبِرۡ
Endure pour Allah les persécutions que tu subis.

Ayah: 8

فَإِذَا نُقِرَ فِي ٱلنَّاقُورِ
Lorsque l’on soufflera dans la Trompe pour la seconde fois,

Ayah: 9

فَذَٰلِكَ يَوۡمَئِذٖ يَوۡمٌ عَسِيرٌ
ce sera un Jour terrible

Ayah: 10

عَلَى ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ غَيۡرُ يَسِيرٖ
et non facile pour ceux qui mécroyaient en Allah et en Ses messagers.

Ayah: 11

ذَرۡنِي وَمَنۡ خَلَقۡتُ وَحِيدٗا
Ô Messager, laisse-Moi avec celui que j’ai créé seul dans le ventre de sa mère, dépourvu de richesse et de progéniture. Il s’agit d’Al-Walîd ibn al-Mughîrah.

Ayah: 12

وَجَعَلۡتُ لَهُۥ مَالٗا مَّمۡدُودٗا
Puis Je lui ai accordé de grandes richesses

Ayah: 13

وَبَنِينَ شُهُودٗا
ainsi que des enfants qui sont toujours présents autour de lui et assistent aux grandes occasions avec lui sans le quitter pour voyager, puisqu’ils n’en ont pas besoin en raison de la richesse de leurs pères.

Ayah: 14

وَمَهَّدتُّ لَهُۥ تَمۡهِيدٗا
Je lui ai facilité la vie, la subsistance et la progéniture.

Ayah: 15

ثُمَّ يَطۡمَعُ أَنۡ أَزِيدَ
Puis après cela, il attend de Moi que Je lui donne davantage malgré sa mécréance.

Ayah: 16

كَلَّآۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ لِأٓيَٰتِنَا عَنِيدٗا
Or il n’en sera rien. Il reniait Nos versets révélés à Notre Messager et les traitait de mensonges.

Ayah: 17

سَأُرۡهِقُهُۥ صَعُودًا
Je le contraindrai donc à endurer un châtiment qu’il ne peut supporter

Ayah: 18

إِنَّهُۥ فَكَّرَ وَقَدَّرَ
Ce mécréant que J’ai comblé de bienfaits a bien réfléchi aux paroles qu’il profèrera afin d’invalider le Coran et a fini par s’en convaincre lui-même.

Benefits of the verses in this page:
• المشقة تجلب التيسير.
La difficulté est appelée à être suivie par l’aisance.
• وجوب الطهارة من الخَبَث الظاهر والباطن.
Il est obligatoire de se purifier des souillures apparentes et internes.
• الإنعام على الفاجر استدراج له وليس إكرامًا.
Que le pervers soit comblé de bienfaits signifie qu’il est graduellement attiré vers sa perte et non qu’il est honoré.
