لَّن يَسۡتَنكِفَ ٱلۡمَسِيحُ أَن يَكُونَ عَبۡدٗا لِّلَّهِ وَلَا ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبُونَۚ وَمَن يَسۡتَنكِفۡ عَنۡ عِبَادَتِهِۦ وَيَسۡتَكۡبِرۡ فَسَيَحۡشُرُهُمۡ إِلَيۡهِ جَمِيعٗا
(چرا از بنده بودن عیسی انکار می‌کنید؟ در حالیکه) مسیح هرگز از اینکه بندۀ الله باشد ابا (و تكبر) نورزیده، و نه فرشته‌های مقرب (درگاه الهی) از بندگی او ابا می‌ورزند. و هر کس از بندگی الله ابا داشته باشد و تكبر بورزد، پس به زودی الله همه (مردم) را یکجا به دربار خویش جمع خواهد کرد (و سزای متکبران را خواهد داد).
