تَنزِيلُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَا رَيۡبَ فِيهِ مِن رَّبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
فرود آوردن این کتاب که شکی در آن نیست، از طرف پروردگار جهانیان است.
