إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَمَلَإِيْهِۦ فَٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ وَكَانُواْ قَوۡمًا عَالِينَ
به‌سوی فرعون و سران قوم او، ولی آنان تكبر ورزیدند و قوم سرکش و متکبر بودند.
