لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِهِۦ وَقَدۡ خَلَتۡ سُنَّةُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
که به آن ایمان نمی‌آورند و البته راه و رسم (تکذیب نمودن کافران باز آمدن عذاب الهی) در پیشینان گذشته است.
