穆资米拉

Ayah: 1

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلۡمُزَّمِّلُ
1.裹衣的人啊！

Ayah: 2

قُمِ ٱلَّيۡلَ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا
2.你应当在夜间礼拜，除开不多的时间，

نِّصۡفَهُۥٓ أَوِ ٱنقُصۡ مِنۡهُ قَلِيلًا
3.半夜或少一点，

أَوۡ زِدۡ عَلَيۡهِ وَرَتِّلِ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ تَرۡتِيلًا
4.或多一点。你当咏诵《古兰经》，

إِنَّا سَنُلۡقِي عَلَيۡكَ قَوۡلٗا ثَقِيلًا
5.我将授予你庄严的言辞，

إِنَّ نَاشِئَةَ ٱلَّيۡلِ هِيَ أَشَدُّ وَطۡـٔٗا وَأَقۡوَمُ قِيلًا
6.夜间的拜功最能让人心神专注，诵读也更到位。

إِنَّ لَكَ فِي ٱلنَّهَارِ سَبۡحٗا طَوِيلٗا
7.你在白天忙于事务，

وَٱذۡكُرِ ٱسۡمَ رَبِّكَ وَتَبَتَّلۡ إِلَيۡهِ تَبۡتِيلٗا
8.你应当纪念你的主的尊名，你应当专心致志地敬事他。

Ayah: 9

رَّبُّ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغۡرِبِ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَٱتَّخِذۡهُ وَكِيلٗا
9.他是东方和西方的主，除他之外，绝无应受崇拜的，故你应当以他为监护者。

Ayah: 10

وَٱصۡبِرۡ عَلَىٰ مَا يَقُولُونَ وَٱهۡجُرۡهُمۡ هَجۡرٗا جَمِيلٗا
10.你应当忍受他们的谰言，你当很好地退避他们。"

Ayah: 11

وَذَرۡنِي وَٱلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ أُوْلِي ٱلنَّعۡمَةِ وَمَهِّلۡهُمۡ قَلِيلًا
11.你让我处治享受安乐而否认真理的人吧！你稍稍地宽限他们吧！

Ayah: 12

إِنَّ لَدَيۡنَآ أَنكَالٗا وَجَحِيمٗا
12.我那里确有沉重的镣和强烈的火，

وَطَعَامٗا ذَا غُصَّةٖ وَعَذَابًا أَلِيمٗا
13.有噎人的食物，和痛苦的刑罚。

يَوۡمَ تَرۡجُفُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ وَٱلۡجِبَالُ وَكَانَتِ ٱلۡجِبَالُ كَثِيبٗا مَّهِيلًا
14.在那日，天地和山峦都要震动，而山峦将要变成一堆散沙。

Ayah: 15

إِنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡكُمۡ رَسُولٗا شَٰهِدًا عَلَيۡكُمۡ كَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ رَسُولٗا
15.我确已派遣一个使者来教化你们，而且对你们作证，犹如我曾派遣使者去教化法老一样。

Ayah: 16

فَعَصَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنُ ٱلرَّسُولَ فَأَخَذۡنَٰهُ أَخۡذٗا وَبِيلٗا
16.但法老违抗了那个使者，故我严厉地惩治了他。

Ayah: 17

فَكَيۡفَ تَتَّقُونَ إِن كَفَرۡتُمۡ يَوۡمٗا يَجۡعَلُ ٱلۡوِلۡدَٰنَ شِيبًا
17.如果你们不归信，那么，你们怎么防备那使儿童变成白发老人的日子呢？

Ayah: 18

ٱلسَّمَآءُ مُنفَطِرُۢ بِهِۦۚ كَانَ وَعۡدُهُۥ مَفۡعُولًا
18.天将为那日破裂，安拉的应许要实现。

Ayah: 19

إِنَّ هَٰذِهِۦ تَذۡكِرَةٞۖ فَمَن شَآءَ ٱتَّخَذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ سَبِيلًا
19.这确是一种教训。谁愿意觉悟，就让他选择一条通达养育他的主的道路。"
